Living in a desert climate, my skin gets extremely dry, no matter how much water I drink. The older I get, the drier my skin gets as well. When I saw this Rosehip Oil offered by Leven Rose, I thought it was worth a try. My skin now looks more hydrated and feels softer. I know that a lot of people have tried this oil on their hair but I have to admit that I haven't been that brave yet. I've tried other oils in my hair and haven't really had good results so as far as the hair part, I can't attest to how good it is. I can however tell you how it is on my skin.
One thing I loved was the applicator. I can measure out just how much I actually want to use on my skin. The oil itself wasn't really greasy but it was thick. It doesn't have a bad smell like I thought it would. I have had allergies lately, so I can't say exactly what it smells like because, to be honest, I couldn't smell anything. It did absorb into my skin very quickly. I used it at night and it didn't stain the sheets or anything. That was one thing I was worried about.
The bottle itself is a 1oz. size that surprisingly lasts a very long time. It is priced at a very affordable price and I think you will be pleasantly surprised. I did use it on some stretch marks and it did seem to make a little bit of a difference. I like that it is only one ingredient and that there aren't any parabens or fillers in the product. That is a refreshing change to find a product that is what it says it is. Leven Rose is a high quality company. I love their products and I'm glad I got to try their Rosehip Oil. I'd totally recommend it.
