CRUSCH - Ultimate Tri Phase Creatine by BELDT Labs

Okay, so here is an embarrassing story that will give you a clue as to why I wanted to try the Crusch. I had one back surgery and I'm really trying hard to delay yet another so in order to do that, I have to take physical therapy to strengthen my core. So I'm sitting there in physical therapy surrounded by old ladies and when the therapist says to do so many reps, I notice the older ladies doing more than I am. "Nu uh" I say to myself. So for me, I got positive results. I learned my lesson in that yes, so some older patients might actually kick my butt in physical therapy but they've put their time in. Their core is already strengthened and I have to put the time in and take care of my body the right way, through hard work. I will never ever judge a book by it's cover again. PULSS - Nitric Oxide Load by BELDT Labs

Ok, so I might be a person who you wouldn't expect to see trying PULSS.  I didn't get it to bulk up or define my muscles but that would be awesome if I did. I did want to try it because I have to do physical therapy. I'm trying to strengthen my core and yes, this supplement is helping. The main objective I wanted to achieve was the recuperation time it was taking me in between physical therapy sessions. I'm doing all I can to stay away from a back surgery so strengthening my core is a must happen thing, in the world of me.

I am happy to tell you that I cut the recuperation time by 50%! That is a lot. This wasn't one of those maybe it's working, maybe it's not kind of things. It really did work. It wasn't like a miracle cure pill that I could feel instantly, or even an uptake in energy. I did realize that after using it, instead of hurting really bad for two days, it was more like just one.
