I suffer from a LOT of migraine headaches and my sensitivity to light makes it almost unbearable. Add to that any noise seems intensified making my headache seem even worse. I requested to review this sleep mask kit just for those reasons. I fell in love the moment I opened the package. This is the nicest mask I've ever put on my face. I have long eyelashes and the contoured part of this mask doesn't touch my eyelashes. I know that sounds like something stupid, but even with sunglasses, it's a pet peeve of mine. I didn't have any problem with the area around the nose and it completely blocked out all light. I love the fact that when you buy the eye mask, it also comes with a cool drawstring bag and ear plugs. I can take my migraine medicine, put in the ear plugs and put on the eye mask and am able to get to sleep fairly quickly. I love it!
