I've been trying really hard to lose some stubborn weight that doesn't seem to be going anywhere.  I was thrilled when I was asked to review Elite Fat Burner by Vitamin Elite. Elite Fat Burner is a formula that helps break down the fat, increases energy and mental focus, decreases appetite and helps promote weight loss. It helps to promote weight loss while increasing the flow of oxygen to the brain helping with mental focus.  I know that I found most of these claims to be true.  I had more energy, I felt more mentally focused and my appetite really was decreased for the duration of the length of time the pill was still working in my system.  The only claim I can't say is true or not is the flow of oxygen to the brain. I'm not sure how this would work but I can only say that I did find more mental clarity. It also helps to elevate your mood after your workout.  I love that!

I did find that with the Elite Fat Burner, I had more energy.  In return, I found that I burned more calories because of it.  The more calories I burned, the more weight I lost.  I wish I could say I lot a lot of weight.  I've been trying so many different products to lose weight that now I'm stuck.  I keep kicking around the same  five pounds or so for almost a year now.  In my opinion, the Elite Fat Burner was a success because I was able to lose weight and so far keep it off. Because of all of the ingredients in the pill, I only have to take one pill a day.  This is great because some of the weight loss pills I have tried recently have been multiple pills taken multiple times per day.
