Yoga Mat Towel by ABX

There is nothing that I don't absolutely love about this yoga towel.  Sometimes, there are just times when you can't drag a Yoga mat everywhere you go.  Sometimes they're just too big and bulky. This would be the perfect reason to carry the ABX yoga towel around with you.  It's very lightweight at only 1.3 pounds.  It comes in a black mesh bag that is perfect for travel or just transporting from one place to another. It hardly takes up any space at all.

Wherever you do yoga, whether at home or a yoga class you can feel confident in knowing that because of the grip dots on the back, your towel won't ever slip.  It has excellent traction on the back, you'll think you are on a full on yoga mat.  There is also a pocket in the front of the towel that is perfect for holding your keys, cell phone or whatever you may need to keep with you.

This towel is fully machine washable and it won't ever shrink.  It's made from a thin, super absorbent microfiber blend.  It's also the perfect sized towel.  If you are  not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days and you'll get a 100% refund.

Air Bar Exercises Dvd, Volume 1 by ABX

I have back problems and am actually doing all I can to delay my back surgery. In physical therapy, they taught me it's all about building up my core muscles which is why I asked to review the Air Bar Exercises. In this super fun and upbeat workout, you are introduced to multiple low impact exercises.  You can use any weighted rod to hold on to while doing the exercises.

The exercises in the video can be slowed down for people like me who have back or knee issues and made to be more intense for a more advanced workout programs.  You can drop a few pounds fairly quickly. I've been doing it for about a month and have dropped about five pounds.

If you are like me and have a hard time sticking with any video workout, really do try to give this one an attempt.  It really is fun.  If you can't make it through the video, do what you can.  Over time you'll find to your surprise you really can do the full workout.  You can change the workout to fit your needs, but even though I have back problems, I found I didn't have to change a thing.  I think might be a great idea for the health enthusiast, or even the person who is trying to get themselves into an exercise routine.
