Safe Skins Spiral Slicer by Kitopia

This is a great product at a great price. If you're wanting to eat healthy, this is the perfect kitchen tool to do so. It's very simple to use and works like you would sharpen a pencil or a crayon. I have found that the firmer the vegetable, the easier it is to use. When you twist your cucumber, carrots or whatever you're using, it comes out looking like cooked spaghetti. This is great for not only presentation but for your health as well. 

I really liked that this product came with a cleaning brush, a cute little burlap looking bag. It's not burlap but cotton but it just looks so cute. It has a drawstring on it that pulls tight so you don't lose anything. The brush can be stored inside the spiral slicer. It has a black piece that you hold the vegetables with when you are using the slicer. Be careful though because the spikes on the inside will poke you. I think the only improvement I might make is that the piece I was just talking about that holds the vegetable doesn't screw into the slicer itself. I'm scared if someone doesn't put the slicer back in the bag, that piece would get lost. Other than that, two thumbs up. I love this little thing!
