I've had back surgery so I really wanted to see what this waist trimmer was going to be able to do for me. Not for the waist trimming part (but it's not like I'd complain if I walked away with a trimmer waist) but for the core support and back support. I liked that it said it was a light weight belt because I need something that is not too heavy. I'm doing everything I can to stay away from another back surgery right now which includes doing physical therapy to strengthen my core.
I am 5'10 and weigh about 170. I can wrap this belt around me tightly about one and a half times. I'm also female. I don't know if I failed to mention that yet. I wear a size 12 in pants. I say all of that so if you're female, you can pretty much picture how it might fit on you. I found another use that I was not expecting but it's one way this waist trimmer has saved my life lately. I cracked a rib recently and an ACE bandage was just not doing it for me. All I could do was wrap it and it was almost immediate relief when I was able to get the belt on. You can imagine the amount of bending I have to do with this belt on and it has kept it's shape just as new as when I first tried it on. I love it!
I haven't found one reason to not like this belt yet. I could feel the support in both my stomach and back when I put it on. It says it helps support your posture and it really does. If for any reason you don't find yourself happy with this belt, just return it for a full refund.
