To be honest, when I saw this knife sharpener, I thought it was smaller than what I had expected. I only have 4 blade knife sharpeners so I didn't know they made them smaller. My husband went to sharpen a knife and he was blown away. This is the guy who makes sure every knife in the house is extremely sharp at all times. For him to say it was the best knife sharpener he has ever owned, really means something.
I love how the handle is ergonomically designed so your hand fits in the handle with ease. With the grip on the bottom, I can set it on my (slanted) knife block and it doesn't go sliding everywhere. This will make an excellent gift for anyone who works with knives often.
