In some parts of the United States, it's as cold this Spring as it was in the Winter. I'm the kind of girl who always gets the fingerless gloves because I would forever be removing my regular gloves to answer a text or dial a number. Not all texting gloves are made the same so I wasn't sure what to expect when asked to review these SmartTech Gloves.
I was pleasantly surprised that these gloves really do work very well. While texting, I found that I had consistent results that were very favorable. I know some people who have screen protectors on their phones that say it's just another barrier that make gloves like this not work. As far as that, I can't say one way or another because I don't have a screen protector on my phone. I've found that with a screen protector, sometimes swiping doesn't work. I can say that without a screen protector, these gloves were phenomenal.
They are well constructed and didn't lose their elasticity in the two weeks that I used them. I was visiting my daughters in the south. I currently live on the west coast which has extremely hot temperatures so the gloves went in the drawer. I did wash them in the washer. I put them in a lingerie bag so they wouldn't get snagged on anything. After washing, they still worked just as well as when I first tried them on.
These gloves are soft and well made. I got the black gloves but the gray and pink were also super cute. I will be buying these again as they make for great stocking stuffers at Christmas time.
