There have been studies linking the aluminum in antiperspirants to both breast cancer and aluminum. Dave was the first one to bring this to my attention and I actually thought he was joking. After doing some research online, I found he really was correct. We started looking for antiperspirants that did not contain aluminum and to my surprise it was next to impossible to find. I was then asked to review the Vanilla Mint Deodorant Creme by Bella Organics. I got the sample size that lasted about two weeks. I was really impressed with the smell, texture and results I got by using this product.
The Vanilla Mind Deodorant is totally organic. It is a chemical free cream deodorant that contains organic arrowroot powder that absorbs the wetness naturally. The organic Shea butter soothes and moisturizes dry skin and the coconut oil has a natural antibacterial properties as well as soothes and conditions the skin. It also contains organic peppermint and organic tea tree essential oils that have that provide anti-bacterial and germ killing antiseptic properties.
The directions say to scoop a pea sized amount from the jar with clean fingers. I would have loved to have had some sort of applicator thought. Sometimes it gets a little messy. I loved the smell, it reminded me of a piece of mint chocolate. The creme was very silky feeling. I think you will really like this organic deodorant and you can be comfortable in knowing that you are using a product that won't bring harm to your body.
